What is self-storage and how does it work?
Self-storage is a service offering flexible, do-it-yourself storage for business and domestic customers. We provide clean, dry, individual storage units access to which is available free of charge 5 and ½ days a week. Your storage unit is locked with your own padlock ensuring that only you have access to your goods.
How can I pay for my storage?
We offer a number of payment options including cash, credit card, debit card, cheque, and standing order.
What can I store?
You can store almost anything in our units. The only exceptions are;
Living items such as animals & plants
Hazardous materials such as flammable liquids and explosives
Items that could decompose such as exposed foodstuffs
Unauthorised goods such as firearms etc.
Insurance
Please note we do not offer insurance on self-stored items. We offer FULL insurance cover as an optional extra, or alternatively you may discover that your goods are already covered by your own household insurance policy, but please confirm this with your brokers before you delete our offer.
Is there someone at the store I can talk to should I have a problem?
There will always be a trained member of staff available 5 and ½ days a week during reception opening times.
Opening Hours:
Monday - Friday 7.00am - 5.30pm
Saturday (Mornings Only) 8.00am - 12.00noon
Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
